Country Homestead - Andrew Mann Joinery Ballarat
This 1860s country homestead is an historical treasure, however it needed significant work to restore it to its former glory. The owners engaged Andrew Mann Joinery to bring their expertise and craftsmanship to the 12-month restoration and extension project.
With careful consideration and a sensitivity to the history of the building, Andrew and Jayden designed, built and installed the new kitchen along with all of the doors, windows, skirting and architraves in the extension, meticulously matching these to the original part of the home.
“Anything that we couldn’t restore needed crafting to replicate the original. We knew this would demand a high skill level, and this was delivered without fail by Andrew and Jayden.”

Using the clients’ photos of the home over the years, Andrew and Jayden sourced samples of timber and timber mouldings that they felt would preserve the integrity of the home and surrounding property.
“Andrew and Jayden’s ideas, commitment to the project and can-do attitude saw us finish with a home that is everything and more than we imagined.”
