Lake Wendouree - Andrew Mann Joinery Ballarat

This Victorian poly chrome brick home dates back to 1903 and is one of Ballarat's best preserved heritage houses. With a growing family, the owners undertook an extension in 2014, adding a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen space to the rear of the property. The owners engaged Andrew Mann Joinery to design, build and install the kitchen and family bathroom.

It was important that the design was contemporary enough to appeal to the owners' tastes, but still sympathetic to the history of the building.
